Over the past ten years, Amanda has closed numerous SBA loans and helped borrowers and business owners across the United States secure financing to acquire businesses and commercial real estate, transition ownership, expand operations, and achieve their broader business goals. Amanda specializes in business acquisitions, partner buyouts, commercial real estate, and business expansions, while also helping business owners evaluate a wide range of financing needs. She works with entrepreneurs and business owners nationwide to understand their goals, structure financing appropriately, and navigate the SBA loan process from the initial conversation through closing. Amanda is known for her straightforward approach, strong industry knowledge, and consistent communication. She takes the time to educate and guide her members throughout the lending process, helping them understand what is needed, why it matters, and what comes next at each stage of the transaction. A Kentucky native, Amanda resides in Louisville and enjoys spending time both in the city and on her family’s farm. When she’s not working with business owners, she can usually be found traveling, spending time with her two children, family, and friends, or pursuing her passion for fitness through boxing, strength training, and yoga.
